Introduction

Hi, my name's Kitty and i run a little bakery in Oxfordshire. I started baking at 14 as a coping mechanism for anxiety and well, it changed my life. Baking bread is such an empowering skill, so i set up Breaducating Britain. Enabling others to learn the joyful and potentially life changing skills of bread making.

Impact

Through my Breaducation program, easy to use 'just add water' bread kits, are donated to schools, food hubs, prisons, social enterprises and charities enabling them to breaducate their community.
